The Minturn Saloon can be yours for the night so your guests can partake of the best Mexican food they have ever had – not to mention the duck, quail, ribs, fish, and other specialties. The Minturn Saloon features a fun and informal atmosphere where the walls are covered with sports and celebrity memorabilia. Your guests will be greeted at the door with margaritas (named "Best Margarita in the Rockies" – City Magazine). Appetizers
Fresh salsa, corn tortilla chips, guacamole, chili con queso, and various quesadillas.
First Course
Marinated grilled quail, BBQ ribs, or mixed green salad.
Main Course
Chicken and beef fajitas, or Pato Veracruz (duck), or a fish special,Saloon rice and beans.

Enjoy our extensive bar featuring a wide array of Tequilas and margaritas. Vegetarian and other dietary needs can be easily addressed. The bar service can be designed to meet your needs. Cost of a private party varies with the time of the year. The Minturn Saloon can accommodate groups up to 150 people in doors and 50 more on our outdoor riverside deck for a total of 200 people.
