Minturn Saloon Pepper Jellies are made in Colorado and originated at the Minturn Saloon. The pepper jellies have always been a favorite in the restaurant, traditionally served with the duck. We first began bottling two different flavors, jalapeno and crushed red pepper, in the restaurant's commercial kitchen to sell direct through the Saloon restaurant and from local farmers markets. We were delighted by the positive feedback. That is why in 2013 we began working with a co-bottler allowing us to increase our production and broaden our market.
Our customers enjoy this jelly as an appetizer with cheese, as a glaze for meats and fish, or as a tasty addition to their own recipes.
