Saloon Taquila & Margarita Menu

There are three different classifications of tequila, which are based on the aging techniques:

Blanco–Also known as silver, it is clear tequila, which is not aged. Its fresh and fruity flavor is the most direct expres- sion of the agave pina.
Reposado–Reposado or "rested" tequilas are aged in wood barrels for at least two months. They are often pale straw in color and are mellower than Blancos and Jovens.
Añejo–Añejo tequilas must be aged in oak barrels for twelve months or more. They are gold to amber in color and have a soft, smooth, complex flavor brought on by its marriage with the aromatic wood. These are great sipping tequilas.

Cuervo Gold–The world's most popular tequila. A smooth tequila with a slightly sweet taste.
Sauza Silver–Fresh & fruity. The most direct expression of agave.
Sauza Gold–Pure agave sugars give this tequila its renowned gold color.
Milagro Silver–Triple distilled estate grown 100% blue agave. Extraordinary depth and character.
El Jimador Blanco–Number One tequila in Mexico. 100% agave. Crisp with hints of citrus sweetness.
Familia Camarena Silver–very sweet on entry, lighter hints of fruit (berry), a nicely heated finish.
Familia Camarena Reposado–A great tequila to be mixed or sipped, vanilla aroma with good agave spice.

1800–Aged at least one year in French Oak, this Reposado is smooth and mellow.
Cuervo Tradicional–Handcrafted, 100% Blue agave Reposado best served slightly chilled.
Herradura Silver–Tangy, gutsy, semi-sweet–the "Rolls Royce" of silver tequilas.
Sauza Commerativo–Classic oak aged Añejo–smooth vanilla and agave taste with a warm, smooth finish.
Sauza Hornitos Reposado–Top flight, full throttle reposado tequila. Outstanding value.
Sauza Hornitos Plata–Floral, herbal notes with hints of clover, almond and fresh wood.
Cazadores Reposado–Medium bodied, smoky balanced with hints of pear, vanilla and caramel.

Herradura Reposado–Estate grown & bottled, all natural, the first reposado, excellent, 5 stars.
Patron Silver–Smooth and light, no oak flavor here. Try this in a margarita with Citronage Orange Liqueur.
Herradura Añejo–Juicy with scents of pears, apricots, peaches, and herbs. Five star rating.
Don Julio Reposado–Double distilled, aged in oak, fruity aroma with hints of vanilla and chocolate.
Sauza Tres Generaciones Añejo–Soft blend of peppers & oak with a slight hint of butterscotch. Gold metal Añejo.
Sauza Tres Generaciones La Plata–Triple distilled to create the smoothest blanco.
Milagro Añejo–Triple distilled. Aged in single oak barrels for 18 months. Unparalleled smoothness.
Corzo Reposado–Hints of white oak. Custard finish with lemon, coconut, baked banana and brown spice.
Don Julio Blanco–Classy and pure, prune and pineapple agave aromas, tropical fruit and roasted pepper.
